Tags: Boy’s County Finals Teams from BB&O – Berks, Bucks & Oxon – Somerset, Staffordshire and Yorkshire will meet this week to decide the English Boys’ County Championship.The action will start tomorrow and unfold over the three-day competition at Northamptonshire County Golf Club.Somerset are seeking their first title; Staffordshire and BB&O will target their second after their previous wins in 2013 and 1999 respectively; and Yorkshire will aim for their seventh outright crown and their eighth overall, including a tied result in 2004.The championship will be played from Tuesday to Thursday, 29-31 August, and is a round robin competition, with three foursomes each morning and six singles in the afternoon.Tomorrow, Somerset will take on Yorkshire in match one, while Staffordshire play BB&O in match two. On Wednesday the match one winners play the match two losers; and the match two winners play the match one losers.
